Argentine culture is a mix of various influences. Buenos Aires is often said to be the most European city in Latin America. This is the result of important European immigration and its notable heritage in architecture and lifestyles. Two other big influences have been the gauchos (residents of the South American pampas, equivalent to the North American cowboy), with their traditional country lifestyle, and the traditions of Argentina’s indigenous communities, which have also been absorbed into the general culture.
Argentina not only stands out for the excellence of its hotels and cuisine, but also for the spirit of its people, always outgoing and friendly, willing to share a moment with family, friends and new acquaintances.

Argentina is such an amazing country. From its people, to its food, to its landscape, it is a place full of passion and creativity. I love that Puerta Sur allows you to bring a little of that home with you! Lawrence
